Dr. Gregory House, the title character of Fox's "House," may be popular culture's biggest contrarian this side of Bob Dylan. So I hope he can tell me I'm wrong when I say I'm worried about some of his show's vital signs. I'm not saying it's jumped the shark. I am saying that I am scanning the waters for triangular fins. I should also say I take no joy in this, because I like "House." But
